The Anachrones Worlds, a creative odyssey
Pieces of machines, fragments of objects, parts of plants or animals, organs, mechanical elements, segments of armor, or details of architecture... This is a corpus of several thousand “spare parts” tirelessly sourced from a multitude of antique encyclopedias and illustrated dictionaries, which serves as the foundation for the creation of the Anachrones Worlds.
I. On the shores of the Alterlagoon
We discovered on our first expedition that, contrary to the Metascientific Committee’s predictions, the best season for reconnaissance missions was undoubtedly not springer,
nor summit, but ottoman. We began by setting course for the shores of the Alterlagoon… Inaugurating the discovery of Anachrones Worlds, the Alterlagoon collection reveals a sample of the very first elements from the unique universe imagined by engraver Jean-José Ferreira Lopès.
Printed in a limited edition on fine art paper, the Anachrones posters will infuse your space with the unusual poetry of the artist.
II. Fragments from the Deepwater Cosmos
Second excerpt from Anachron Worlds, the collection Fragments from the deepwater cosmos ventures further into exploration. The creatures, devices, or instruments it reveals are not only devoid of hostility but display an absolute indifference to the presence of observers. This raises the question of the precise nature of the permeability between our worlds.
Rectangular on your wall, in black & white or color, print on fine art paper, they invite us to dive in...
III. The Strange Carnival of the Olibrius
With this third collection, step closer to the strange parades of the Anachrones Worlds. Both unsettling and amusing, their astonishing (and astonishingly odd) procession creatures march to the rhythm of certain familiar flaws of our time.
Original creations by artist Jean-José Ferreira Lopès, the Anachrones posters are ready to bring a unique touch to your interior decor.
IV. The Remanent Landscapes
Evoking impressions that are both exotic and familiar, The Remanent Landscapes have something of gardens, reminiscent of ruins or temples. Are these fragments of the Anachrones Worlds remanents or biotopes nearing completion?
While waiting to intrigue our walls, these astonishing Anachrones landscape posters seem to aspire only to reflect a part of our inner geographies.

It may seem eerie at first glance. But step closer, and you will discover its great, innocent heart. It took only a few seconds for it to melt mine and find its adoptive mother.– Hélène, from Bordeaux
