Born of the chance encounter between an artist enamored of tales of exploration and a late 19th-century illustrated dictionary, Anachrones invent a world where science has taken a different path... Mischievously mimicking encyclopedic plates, they invite us to discover an alternative universe that resonates with our times.
This poster by artist Jean-José Ferreira Lopès will add a touch of elegance and originality to your interior design project, whether it’s for a bedroom wall or a living room, enhancing its unique identity.
Fine art print created by the artist for an exceptional finish. Limited edition of 30 copies, numbered and signed.
"Heterophilic sentinel, the Interstice Surveyor ensures the permeability of worlds. As a cartographer of fissures, they blur the trail of beaten paths and unveil secret entrances to the eldorados of otherness."
Fine art printing is a high-quality printing method used by artists and galleries to reproduce the works they exhibit.
To create a fine art print, it’s important to use paper and ink specifically suited for this type of printing. The paper used for fine art is acid-free and lignin-free, preventing discoloration and deterioration over time, thus contributing to the quality and longevity of the artwork.
A fine art printer typically uses between 8 and 12 inks, compared to 4 inks for a standard printer. The inks used must be aqueous pigment inks, allowing for a multitude of color combinations, making the fine art print more precise and the colors more intense. The use of these inks also ensures a lifespan of over 50 years for the fine art print.
Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity that summarizes the characteristics of your print (name, number of copies, date, etc.) and two numbered holograms. The first hologram is stuck on the back of the print and the second on the certificate of authenticity. This combination of a certificate and a hologram guarantees that each certificate of authenticity refers to a single work of art. Holograms are made using the same process as banknotes and are therefore tamper-proof.
